An affordable and targeted offer

The Société Nationale des Habitations à Bon Marché (SNHBM) rents accommodation owned by the Kirchberg Fund, making it available to tenants in accordance with specific conditions.

Currently, SNHBM is managing the availability of the first ten apartments intended for affordable accommodation, on behalf of Kirchberg Fund. These homes are provided in return for a monthly occupancy fee calculated on the basis of the income(s) of the occupants, in order to facilitate access to renting accommodation to people unable to benefit from social housing because their income is too high, although still too low to be able to rent or buy housing in the private market.

These assets, administered by SNHBM, are allocated subject to specific conditions, and registrations of interest from those interested in affordable renting can only be accepted in accordance with particular, pre-defined eligibility criteria.
