Among the main developments:

• An evolution of the Fonds Kirchberg organization, with strengthened teams now comprising 52 employees, the creation of a new Buildings Department, and a new internal organizational structure.
• The launch of two major residential projects: Kiem 2050 and Kennedy South, with construction works underway and apartment sales officially launched.
• Key milestones for Kuebebierg: submission of the district’s first PAP (Partial Development Plan), the transition of the Kuebefarm urban farm into its active phase, and the awarding of the contract for the future decarbonized district heating network that will serve the entire neighborhood.
• At MIPIM in Cannes, the launch of two calls for applications for the development of the Grünewald district.
• The Midfield project also reached important milestones, with the Government confirming the urban planning and development coordination mandate entrusted to Fonds Kirchberg.
