Kuebebierg is the Fonds Kirchberg's next major development. This future neighbourhood embodies a new way of experiencing the city, where nature and urbanity harmonise. Designed to accommodate around 7,000 residents, it will offer affordable and sustainable housing in the heart of a green environment served by trams and cycle paths. Inaugurated in June 2025, the urban farm is already producing fruit and vegetables on site and will eventually bring life to the neighbourhood while bringing residents closer to nature.
