The Kirchberg Fund exhibits at National Housing Week
From 9 to 12 October, the Kirchberg Fund is present at National Housing Week to showcase two residential projects currently under construction: Kiem 2050 and Kennedy South.
Every year, National Housing Week, held at Luxexpo The Box, is the place to be for individuals looking for a new home. The Kirchberg Fund is present in Hall 9, stand C23.
This is an opportunity for the Kirchberg Fund team and the agents mandated for marketing to present the Kiem 2050 and Kennedy South residential projects to the public. Both projects are currently under construction and offer from 1 to 5 bedroom apartments that are currently on sale.
- Kiem 2050, share more than an address
In the Kiem 2050 project, the Fund has 135 sustainable housing units in these four residences designed for the future, thanks to their circular approach. Built using timber construction methods, with architecture by Witry & Witry and SeARCH, Kiem 2050 is the result of a public-private partnership between the Kirchberg Fund, Immobel and Prefalux Home.
This set has the particularity of being both environmentally friendly (healthy materials for humans and nature, energy-efficient technologies...) and concerned to offer a high quality of life with a particular emphasis on community living. The project includes 5,400 m² of shared spaces for residents (yoga room, playroom for children, multifunctional room, roof terrace, garden and common vegetable gardens...) allowing those who wish to easily meet their neighbors and become part of a community. Residents will also be able to enjoy shops and services located on the ground floor.
The work is underway and the first plank was laid on July 1, 2025, in the presence of the Minister of Mobility and Public Works, Yuriko Backes, and the Minister of Housing and Territorial Planning, Claude Meisch. The marketing of housing is open.
- Kennedy South, live on the most famous avenue of Kirchberg
Located along Kirchberg’s most famous avenue, Kennedy South is a project designed for those who love to live at the pace of the city. 72 apartments and 8 townhouses are available for sale in these three residences, whose architecture was entrusted to the Luxembourgish office STDM architectes urbanistes.
The ground floors will be bustling with activity thanks to the shops, services and offices that will be moving in.
Every inhabitant will be able to enjoy a beautiful living space, right in the heart of Kirchberg, near the big companies of the plateau and the European institutions, as well as the tram stop located just opposite the project. In addition to the indoor shared spaces (gym, multifunctional room, laundry), the outdoor spaces arranged in small squares, enourage neighbours to meet and chat.
The work was launched in March 2025 and the residential units are now om sale.
