Fonds Kirchberg is financially guaranteeing the construction of project Kiem 2050

Fonds Kirchberg, Immobel, and Prefalux Home sign agreement to garantee the construction of for sustainable residentiel project Kiem 2050

As part of this agreement, the Fonds Kirchberg commits to acquiring all apartments in their future state of completion, except for those already reserved. This acquisition, in order to resale, aims to enable the developer to commence construction works no later than 31 March 2025. The delivery of the housing units is scheduled for the first quarter of 2028.

“In these economically challenging times, the Fonds is confidently looking towards the future and demonstrating its commitment to the Kiem 2050 project by directly investing in housing, which it will resell to future residents of Kirchberg at prices competitive with the market,” says Sylvie Siebenborn, President of the Fonds Kirchberg.

The Kiem 2050 project includes a total of 148 sustainable housing units, comprising 135 apartments sold at prices competitive with the market, as well as approximately 3,000 m² of mixed-use spaces (retail, offices, and HoReCa areas). The marketing of these spaces is currently underway.
