The annual report 2023 is online
This year has been marked by increased efforts to meet housing needs on the Kirchberg plateau.
Whether through projects in the study phase such as the urbanisation of Kuebebierg or the handing over of keys to more than 136 households in the Réimerwee neighbourhood, our team is working at a brisk pace to increase the housing supply on the plateau.
A special feature is dedicated to our largest development project: the Kuebebierg site. This future neighbourhood will accommodate more than 7,000 residents. We invite you to discover pioneers Axel Barreau and Aurélien Galodé, who are leading the way with their budding urban farm, as well as the advancements in exploratory drilling for geothermal energy, aiming to provide sustainable heating for the buildings.
To meet the challenges of these ambitious projects, our team has grown with new talent in 2023. Through individual profiles, get to know our new colleagues with their diverse and complementary backgrounds.
The year was also marked by significant events with major inaugurations. On 9 May, Europe Day, we celebrated the opening of the Garden of Multilingualism. The Passerelle des Arts, now an iconic link in the European district, amazes passers-by with its shimmering surface.
We invite you to explore these achievements and much more in detail in our 2023 annual report.
